2. Transportation Data

- Listed businesses are independent entities and TAAU acts as a platform facilitating discovery.
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third parties.
- Disputes with service providers should be resolved directly with the provider or through the App's dispute resolution system, where available.
- TAAU is not a party to any transaction between users and service providers.
4. Marketplace and Commerce
The App may display products, offers, and services from various merchants and business owners.
- Product and service information, including pricing, descriptions, and availability, is provided by the respective sellers or business owners.
- While we exercise reasonable care in displaying this information, TAAU does not independently verify all product claims or business practices.
- Users should exercise standard consumer diligence before making purchasing decisions.
Nothing in this disclaimer limits or affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law. You retain all rights provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.
5. Token System

- Tokens are not cryptocurrency, not legal tender, and not transferable to other users or third parties.
- Tokens are non-refundable except as may be required by applicable law.

- Earning and redemption options may change with 30 days' prior notice to users through an in-app notification or update to this disclaimer.
6. Subscriptions
Merchant subscriptions are available for enhanced App features and visibility.

- Payment verification is conducted manually by our administrative team.
- Subscription benefits are limited to the features described at the time of purchase and the duration specified.
7. Financial Information
The App may display financial reference data including metal prices, bank branch information, and utility cost estimates.
- Metal prices (gold, silver, etc.) are indicative and provided for reference purposes only. They may not reflect real-time market rates and should not be used as a basis for investment decisions.

9. User-Generated Content
The App hosts content submitted by users, including posts, reviews, timetables, business listings, and other contributions.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content they submit to the App.
- Content is moderated through a combination of AI-assisted tools and human review to maintain community standards.
- AI content analysis: Text content submitted by users may be analyzed by third-party AI services (including but not limited to Anthropic, OpenAI, Perplexity, etc.) for compliance checking. Only text is shared — images, videos, and media are never sent to AI services. Personally identifiable information (emails, phone numbers, URLs) is automatically redacted before sharing. AI providers are contractually confirmed to not use API-submitted content for AI model training. AI results are recommendations only; final moderation decisions are made by human administrators.
- We act as an intermediary and exercise due diligence in content moderation in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
- Unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content is removed upon detection or when reported by users.
- User-submitted content represents the views of its authors and does not reflect the views of Codesunicorn.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including but not limited to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any statutory consumer rights.

When users submit content such as reviews, timetables, business listings, or other information to the App, they retain ownership of their content. By submitting content, users grant Codesunicorn a limited, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and use the content for the purpose of operating and improving the App's services.
14.2 Service Provider Listings
Users who submit service provider or business details are responsible for ensuring they have proper authorization or consent to share that information. Codesunicorn is not liable for unauthorized submissions of third-party personal data by users.
14.3 Data Privacy Rights
User data handling, including collection, processing, and deletion, is governed by our Privacy Policy in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Users retain all rights provided under applicable data protection laws.
14.4 Social Feed Content
The App may include a social feed where users can share posts and information. Content in the social feed represents the views of its authors. We strive to maintain a neutral and respectful platform but cannot guarantee that all content will be agreeable to every user. Inappropriate or unlawful content will be addressed in accordance with our content moderation practices and applicable IT Rules.
15. Platform Integrity
We reserve the right to take action against accounts that violate our Terms and Conditions, including account suspension or termination in cases of misuse, fraud, or abuse. Such actions will be taken in accordance with fair process, and affected users may contact us for clarification.
16. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by Codesunicorn and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party content displayed on the App remains the property of its respective owners.
